This location is not to be confused with Silver Sands beach in Barbados where the Waterman competition is held. This beach is a quiet, quaint, and beautiful beach on the north shore of the island. The north winds can blow pretty strong here, making for light wave or choppy conditions ideal for bump and jumpers. Okay for slalom but not ideal. Beginners are generally discouraged due to high winds and chop. There are some tables and a couple of old cannons nearby.
